ALPHA Health Services Inc.
Trey is thrilled to be part of the team at Alpha, and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2023, as well as being a Reiki practitioner and an instructor/clinical supervisor at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He provides many types of treatments, including intraoral massage for TMJ dysfunction, lymphatic drainage, semi-traditional Thai massage, cupping, and massage with Reiki. Trey’s interest in wellness and performance began with his martial arts training early in life, where he was introduced to Shiatsu and Qi Gong techniques. He went on to become a level 1 Reiki practitioner and worked several different careers in manual labor, truck driving, and management before coming to Massage Therapy as a second career. Trey’s approach to treatment blends traditional Swedish techniques with elements of Thai and reflex techniques for a treatment that encourages overall mobility while addressing specific impairments and facilitating balance in the nervous system. He believes that effective treatment involves a balance between challenging the body’s limitations and creating a state of relaxation where healing is most effective. When he is not in the clinic, Trey enjoys playing the piano, guitar or drums in his makeshift home studio, taking long hikes through nature, or rolling dice with friends to find dungeons and slay dragons.
