From chronic pain to lingering headaches, I enjoy working with clients to achieve their goals in individually tailored appointments. I specialize in therapeutic injury treatment and prevention, migraine relief and deep tissue massage. I am a board certified licensed massage therapist located in the heart of the beautiful Willamette Valley. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time gardening with my family, knitting and learning more about the human body.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
