My curiosity for massage therapy started early. As a child, I learned from watching Phoebe from Friends. Phoebe’s goal as a massage therapist was to always strive for the betterment of her patients. My passion turned into a rewarding career when I completed my 3000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program. My approach to massage and its influence on recovery and wellness is continuing to improve as I gain more understanding through every new appointment. Most commonly I use deep tissue techniques, trigger points, myofascial release, and cross-fiber friction throughout my treatments. I’m currently attending the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada to become a Manual Osteopathic Therapist to further assist my client’s wellness.
