Riva Desai is a Front Desk Administrator at MM Physio who is passionate about providing a welcoming and positive experience for every patient. A graduate of Conestoga College’s Health Office Administration program, she combines strong organizational skills with a patient-focused approach to help ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional customer service. In her role, Riva manages patient scheduling, registration, and onboarding, while maintaining accurate electronic medical records and assisting with insurance coordination and direct billing. She supports the processing of MVA and WSIB claims, communicates with insurance providers and other healthcare partners, and helps ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to patient care contribute to a seamless experience for both patients and practitioners at MM Physio.
