Dr. Tim grew up playing hockey, which led him to develop an interest in health and fitness. After working as a personal trainer, he ultimately decided to pursue a career focused on injury rehabilitation. After graduating from SFU’s kinesiology program, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Tim uses a variety of treatment modalities in his practice, including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, cupping, IASTM, kinesiology taping, and exercise therapy. He has additional training in the Mckenzie method (MDT), Neurodynamics Solutions (NDS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), SFMA and TPI (movement screening for golfers). Dr. Tim has a passion for getting you back to doing the things that you love to do. With a patient-centred approach, his aim is to see you reach your goals. Outside the clinic, you can find Dr. Tim on the golf course, riding his bike, at the rink, cooking or playing guitar.
