Laurel Harris is an acupuncturist from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. After years of exploring yoga, meditation, and healing, she returned to school to study Acupuncture at Georgian College in Barrie, ON. There, she learned acupuncture and other modalities (cupping, tui na massage, gua sha, moxibustion, and qigong) and saw a variety of patients at the student clinic, some with complex health issues. She aims to bring harmony in how she lives and works, how she relates to those around her and to the natural world. She values integrity, curiosity, and care, and aims to provide a calm and safe space conducive to healing. She is grateful that she gets to work to help people heal and improve their quality of life through Chinese Medicine.
30 Minutes - $0 I am presently offering a FREE short intake appointment (30 minutes, but it might be up to 45 minutes depending on how long the assessment takes). This will involve a brief assessment of tongue and pulse and one primary complaint, followed by a short treatment (acupuncture or cupping). Acupuncture treatments are personalized to the patient, often based on a lot of information. In these 30-minute appointments, I will go through only the most relevant intake questions and personalize the treatment as much as possible within the time constraint. Book this appointment if you are a first time patient of Acupuncture at our clinic, or if you have not attended an Acupuncture treatment with us in over a year.
