I have been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, I have been practicing at a sports medicine clinic, where I treat many athletic injuries and just as many postural imbalances due to every day life. Additionally, in 2017 I opened BRMT, where I practice from a private suite in my home. I use a multitude of treatment modalities such as PNF, trigger point therapy, stretching, muscle energy technique, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, hydrotherapy and Swedish massage. I have taken a workshop focusing on the TMJ, a muscle energy technique course specifically focused on the neck, as well as a course on the female pelvis which focused on visceral manipulation. I also am trained with instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation. My hobbies include long distance running, soccer, hiking, and camping.
