I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, I graduated from HEC Massage School in Lapeer, MI. After years of caring for friends and family and raising four boys, I decided to pursue a career. Massage therapy seemed to be the perfect avenue. Massage aides in physical health, mental health and offers many more benefits. I am trained in deep tissue, Swedish massage, lymphatic drain, cupping, prenatal and enjoy working with children. I am also certified in 3 levels of Rieki. Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. It is believed that the feet have reflex points for all the organs, glands and areas of the body and that stimulating these areas may improve overall health. *One does not have to schedule an additional session of reflexology if they want it added onto their session. Please, just tell the therapist.
