Welcome! I’m thrilled to share my journey and passion for acupuncture with you. My path to becoming a local acupuncturist in Winter Haven, FL, began many years ago when I graduated from SUNY New Paltz, NY, with a degree in psychology. Unsure of my next steps, I found myself working a physically demanding job that eventually led to debilitating shoulder pain. After exhausting all conventional treatment options, a co-worker suggested I try acupuncture. The experience was transformative. Not only did my shoulder pain disappear, but I also felt an unparalleled sense of relaxation. That profound experience sparked a deep interest in understanding Chinese Medicine and its holistic approach to healing. I pursued my passion by attending acupuncture school, where I studied under master practitioners and treated hundreds of patients. I graduated with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in NYC, dedicated to focusing on natural pain relief. I continue to advance my knowledge with specialized training in treating musculoskeletal pain, ensuring that I provide the highest quality care to my patients. Now residing in Winter Haven, Florida, with my husband, I find great joy in helping our community discover natural ways to alleviate pain. My goal is to help you reduce your reliance on medications like ibuprofen, improve your sleep quality, achieve deep relaxation, and feel a renewed sense of well-being through acupuncture.
During the initial visit we begin with a detailed health history, lifestyle and chief complaint. After the assessment is complete you will receive a customized acupuncture session.
