Hi I'm Nav, I recently passed my Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) registration exams and am currently awaiting full registration. I'm excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to helping people feel their best through thoughtful, personalized care. Choosing massage therapy was a natural fit for me because helping others has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I love seeing the positive impact massage can have—whether it's relieving pain, reducing stress, improving mobility, or simply giving someone time to relax and focus on their well-being. **I offer a variety of treatment approaches, including buccal massage, head massage, hot stone massage, and massage therapy ranging from relaxation to deep tissue techniques**. Every treatment is tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. My priority is to ensure every client feels comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Outside the clinic, I enjoy spontaneous road trips, staying active through stretching and movement, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I value finding balance in everyday life and bring that same positive, welcoming energy into every treatment. I look forward to welcoming new clients and supporting them on their health and wellness journey.
