Madi is a Registered Massage Therapist with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. Born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario, she developed a deep love for the outdoors early on. Throughout her college career, Madi gained valuable experience treating a wide range of clients, including local sports teams, pre and post-natal patients, and individuals from a chronic pain center. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their wellness goals. In her free time, Madi enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends.
This treatment is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and individualized home care recommendations to help you achieve lasting results. Each session is tailored to your specific needs,whether that’s relieving muscle tension, addressing injury or postural strain, promoting recovery, or supporting relaxation. Techniques may include trigger point release, deep tissue work, cupping and other evidence-based approaches to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
