Swedish postpartum massage incorporates lymphatic drainage techniques & includes the abdomen & breast/chest areas for targeted support. This modality uses firm yet gentle pressure to promote deep relaxation, ease muscle tension, & helps reset the nervous system by shifting the body out of a potentially heightened stress response and into a state of rest and repair. Postpartum massage is provided face down using a specialized chest pillow for optimal comfort.
