Isabel trained over a decade and a half ago in Holistic Health, Ayurvedic Massage, and Therapy in Switzerland, adding the modalities of Swedish Massage techniques, Hot Stone, and Lomi Lomi Massage later. Passionate about athletic ability and helping clients in self-care and recovery, she took further courses in Craniosacral Therapy, and Pranayama and is a certified 200h Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher.
