This massage is customized to your specific needs using a mixture of techniques (may be any combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, MyoFascial Release, Trigger Point, MyoSkeletal AligmnentAccupressure, Neuromuscular, Assisted Stretching and Aromatherapy.) Designed to remove severe tension, these techniques are used used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion, heal injuries and relieve chronic pain.
