Sonia is Franco-Spanish, born in France but has always lived between both countries. After high school, she obtained her bachelor's degree as a physiotherapist from the EUSES School, Universidad de Girona in Spain, in 2016. Afterward, she returned to France, where she worked in a traumatology, orthopedic, and neurology clinic while studying to obtain a University Diploma as a sports physiotherapist in 2017 from the University of Medicine of Nice - CEKS. Since then, she has worked in several clinics and completed various training programs to enhance her knowledge in sports injuries, orthopedics, traumatology, reathletization, manual techniques for shoulder, knee, and back injuries, as well as injury prevention.
