Whether it’s injury-focused care, general relaxation, stress reduction, or anything in between. She values the role of the nervous system and how it influences both pain and healing, integrating this awareness into her approach. About: Sadie became an RMT after discovering her passion for human anatomy and physiology. Although she once considered a career in nursing, she realized she wanted to take a more holistic path to help people heal and feel like the best versions of themselves. Athletics: With a background in dance, Sadie has always been drawn to movement and performance. Today, she enjoys resistance training and spending time in nature, especially hiking on the weekends.
