Rising Health & Performance

925 Madison Street, Jefferson City, MO, 65101

I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After completing my undergraduate studies and finishing my collegiate track and field career, I moved to Florida to further my education. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, where I deepened my passion for holistic, patient-centered care. I am passionate about providing chiropractic care that treats the whole person rather than just isolated symptoms. I believe true healing happens when care is tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and overall well-being. My approach emphasizes personalized treatment, meeting patients where they are in their health journey to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance everyday function. Some of the most rewarding moments in my work come from seeing patients achieve meaningful milestones—whether that’s moving more comfortably or returning to activities they love. I am committed to staying current in evidence-based chiropractic care through ongoing education, seminars, and research platforms such as Chiro Up. I also hold advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and am a certified Birthfit coach, reflecting my strong passion for women’s health and empowering patients through all stages of life. I now live in Columbia, Missouri with my husband and our two dogs. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, exploring local coffee shops, reading, keeping up with reality TV, and soaking up the sunshine.
