My work includes manual lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, oncology massage for those preparing for, undergoing, or recovering from cancer treatments, as well as scalp, face, and neck massage. I have a special passion for supporting deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through energetic bodywork, acupressure, holding techniques, and intuitive movement, I work to encourage the release of areas of stagnation and tension within the body. This process can help clients feel lighter, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.
