I am a 2019 graduate of Adrian School of Massage in Adrian, Michigan. I was a licensed massage therapist in Michigan until I moved to Missouri in 2022 and opened Bolivar Therapeutic Massage. I worked as a fitness coach for many years before becoming an LMT. I love to help clients understand their bodies better and believe that identifying the root cause of dysfunction is the first step to healing. One of the ways I do that is by using NeuroKinetic Therapy. NKT is a unique therapy that allows me to ascertain where the body is overworking or underworking and then, using a specific protocol, balance the body to help it heal. I have worked with clients with a variety of issues including migraines, anxiety, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, upper back tension, low back pain, hip pain and more. With over 6 years of experience, I am skilled in feeling the subtle tension hiding deep within a person's tissues. My aim is to give you a relaxing, yet therapeutic experience that improves your life for the better. I look forward to meeting you!
Relief is more important than relaxation, and though my techniques are deeply relaxing, this is not relaxation massage. This session begins with a functional assessment where I determine what your body needs to feel and move better. All sessions are clothed.
