Massage Therapy
Choose this session for relaxation or to help with the management of chronic pain. Every session begins with a brief health assessment and evaluation of which type of massage is needed to meet the client's needs. Choose a combination of any modality, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial, Cupping, Sports Massage; Therapeutic & Structural Integration; and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy.
Reflexology
In this session, your therapist will apply pressure to specific points on the feet and hands to stimulate healing and relaxation in other parts of the body. This practice is based on the belief that reflex zones or reflex points correspond to specific organs, glands, and systems within the body.
