My unique style integrates training in Classic Western Swedish Style Massage, Clinical Massage including Trigger Points, Oncology and Sports Massage. Through conscientious listening I costom tailor your session making the time meaningful for your life, guiding your body towards balance, relaxation and peace. I have been fascinated by the human body and helping people improve how they feel in their bodies my whole life. I'm very fortunate to do what I love for a living. Therapeutic massage is designed to remove tension in tissues, and uses integration of multiple techniques to release tension and repair tissue. 60 Minutes allows time to focus on a few areas (2-4) of the body, no full body massage offered at 60 minutes. Includes aromatherapy.
