Dr Schreiber is a world renowned specialist in scoliosis rehabilitation. As a clinician, educator and researcher, Dr Schreiber has dedicated her entire career to individuals living with scoliosis. With a PhD in Rehabilitation Science, she led the worlds first randomized controlled trial on the effect of the Schroth exercises in children with idiopathic scoliosis. In 2008, she became the first Schroth therapist in the Western Canada, and the official Schroth instructor in 2016. She has certified over 400 physiotherapists on 5 continents, and treated thousands of patients worldwide. She believes that there is no such thing as one-treatment-fits-all, and she offers personalized care depending on the curve pattern, patients abilities and specific patients circumstances. Sanjas approach is enthusiastic, empathetic and warm, and she believes that a good patient/therapist relationship is a foundation of every successful treatment. Dr Schreiber speaks regularly at international conferences and holds active leadership roles within international societies dedicated to advancing the research and treatment for individuals with scoliosis.
