Tamara graduated from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She has pursued advanced training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and spinal stabilization techniques. Complementing her clinical expertise, Tamara earned a Master of Business Administration, from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Fifteen years ago, Tamara founded Strive Physiotherapy with a vision to provide exceptional, patient-centered care focused on achieving meaningful and lasting results. Her leadership continues to guide the clinic’s commitment to excellence and innovation in rehabilitation. Throughout her career, Tamara has practiced in a wide variety of clinical settings and has extensive experience treating injuries related to Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) claims, motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related incidents. She enjoys working with a diverse clientele and tailors her approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. Tamara’s greatest strength lies in her ability to listen attentively and empower her clients through education. Her treatment approach typically incorporates manual therapy, pain-relieving modalities, and comprehensive home exercise programs designed to support pain management and restore optimal function and activity. Outside of work you can find Tamara in the mountains or on the pickleball court!
