Kevin is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 hr) with the National Healthcare Practitioners of Canada and has completed advanced training in many disciplines including Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Concussion Assessment and Treatment, The McGill Method of Low Back Care and Perimedical Ethics. He has also worked as a massage therapy instructor at Mount Royal University. Kevin is passionate about resolving his clients’ ailments. He likes to describe himself as a bit of a soft tissue detective, listening to his clients as they tell him the important details of their concern and then integrating those clues with the soft tissue tension patterns and imbalances he feels during his treatment. Kevin’s treatments also include the teaching of therapeutic exercises his clients should do on an ongoing basis so they can take control of the issue and heal it themselves. In this way, Kevin strives to comprehensively treat the root cause of the complaint leading to lasting relief. When Kevin is not working with clients he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling (a lot,) reading reasearch on a variety of subjects and gardening.
