Ravi attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated from the RMT program. She understands that every patient is unique with the pathologies and symptoms they present with and these issues must be dealt with in an individualistic manner. She is passionate about understanding the patients concerns and areas of focus so that they can work as a team towards ultimate rehabilitation and healing as treatments progress. She believes that focused therapeutic massage can promote relaxation, relieve stress, heal injuries, decrease pain and increase circulation. During her time at school she treated a wide variety of patients that presented with a number of different pathologies and injuries. She completed 500 hours of clinical experience where she worked with patients with headaches, pre & post sports injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological disorders, pre & post natal patients as well as those that simply want a relaxation massage to deal with their daily pain and stress. Additionally Ravi had the opportunity to work in special settings such as the Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia clinics run by WCCMT and The George Pearson Center with a focus on treatments following spinal cord injuries. Ravi is confident that with her knowledge and experience she will be able to work with her patients to develop effective treatment plans that will cater to their unique needs and healing while working towards a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. She looks forward to meeting you!
