Jeffrey completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour and went on to complete his Master of Science in Physiotherapy, both at McMaster University. His interest for Physiotherapy began when Jeffrey dislocated his shoulder while bouldering. His physiotherapist supported his goals to return back to the sport and encouraged him along the way. Jeffrey aims to provide the same kind of support to his patients to help them return to the activities they love. Jeffrey’s treatment approach involves actively collaborating with patients to individualize their treatment plan and set meaningful goals. With a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education, Jeffrey is committed to ensure each patient feels empowered and confident in themselves. Outside the clinic, you can often find Jeffrey scrambling up a climbing wall or finding new running paths in the area. Jeffrey also loves watching shows and is an avid fan of anime and Love Is Blind.
