My name is Kristyn Penland I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Arizona For 12 years. I have worked in medical massage for 10 years and have a deep understanding in injury recovery and treatment. I do believe that massage doesn't have to hurt and that you should be able to relax through every session with little pain or discomfort. I use a variety of techniques to cater to individuals needs including: Deep Tissue, Swedish or relaxation, Trigger Point, Cupping, Gua Sha(scraping), Assisted Stretching and PNF Stretching.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
