Abby graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2021. Her own experience with injury recovery is what sparked her interest in the musculoskeletal system, and it ultimately led her to pursue a degree in health sciences and a career in rehabilitation. Abby is passionate about getting her patients back to doing what they love. She takes an evidence-based, collaborative approach to care, and incorporates a blend of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education into her treatments. Her practice includes a wide variety of patients, and she has experience working with many different orthopaedic injuries. She also takes a special interest in women’s health, and enjoys providing prenatal and postpartum treatments. Outside of work, she loves to stay active outdoors - whether it be hiking the local mountains, hitting the ski slopes, or falling off her surfboard in Tofino.
