Alex completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time in Saskatoon, Alex also wrestled for the varsity team. Being exposed to sport injuries, Alex developed an interest for the human body and learning how to keep it healthy. Alex has worked in a variety of settings including rehab, hospital, and private practice. Her goal is to get her client’s back to doing what is important to them, whether that be pain free gardening or getting out for their next adventure. Outside work, Alex enjoys climbing, paddle boarding, and playing fetch with her cat.

When booking your first visit, please pre-book 2-3 follow up appointments at around one week intervals afterwards. This helps secure times that work best for you, and give you a comprehensive foundation for your care. We can always adjust this after your initial appointment, if needed.
