Wisdom Physiotherapy
26 Brown St, Claremont, WA, 6010
I have extensive experience working in community physiotherapy alongside highly skilled mentors, managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I take a considered, evidence-based approach to both straightforward and complex presentations, with a strong focus on helping people simplify their rehabilitation and move with confidence again. I use a host of techniques to treat each case I see, combining manual therapy with functional exercise, clinical pilates, up to date education and dry needling. This offers my clients flexibility and many different avenues towards wellness on their terms. My clinic room is always a safe place to speak freely, and I aim to understand every unique person who comes through our doors while motivating them to be well. My own experience in sports has led me to some great insight into sporting injuries and the mindset of an athlete. Getting a player back out and competing is a joy regardless of the sport. I’m particularly interested in and experienced with chronic pain though. I’ve been trained to provide the right advice and therapy to help shift and often eliminate long standing pain. Special Areas of interest: Low back pain Neck pain and headaches Chronic pain Shoulder and upper back issues Knee Pain Functional Strength and Conditioning Pre and post-surgical Dry needling Sports Injuries All Ages and backgrounds welcome
