A 2024 CCMH graduate, Sylvie’s treatment approach is one of care and active listening to her clients’ concerns. She uses a full-body approach to her treatments, giving a holistic hand to her clients’ unique healing journey. Sylvie’s treatments focus on Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, sympathetic nervous system reset, pelvic floor massage and specializes in treating TMJD. She is trained in pregnancy massage and enjoys working with children. Sylvie is deeply inspired by the strength, vulnerability, and resilience of her clients and aims to be body-positive, trauma-informed, with compassion and empathy at the heart of her work. Sylvie takes a special interest in chronic pain, mental health, and neurodiversity and is committed to creating a safe LBGTQ+ and BIPOC space, supportive for all of her clients. Sylvie is a lifelong learner, and strives to continually incorporate new concepts and modalities into her work. First treatments must be one hour because your first assessment is part of the hour, depending on your situation this can be short or long. Assessment helps you and your practitioner to understand the risks and benefits of treatment and ensure you get the most benefit out of your current and future treatments.
