Coryn is a licensed Physical Therapist who obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Cincinnati and has been practicing in Ohio since then. She spent most of that time working primarily outpatient with some part time hours in acute care as well. Over the years, she became progressively more frustrated with the corporate world and insurance limitations and how this directly affected her ability to deliver the care her patients needed. In 2023, Coryn started her own practice, Physio Flows, stepping away from insurance, to allow her to give the focused and tailored care that is so often lacking with traditional services. For fun, Coryn also enjoys performance including dance, aerial arts (lyra and silks), flow arts (poi, juggling, hula hoop) and horseback riding. She also has a long history of hypermobility issues (with possible Elhers Danlos Syndrome but not confirmed by genetic testing yet) and understands the daily struggles of living with neurodivergency within today's healthcare climate. Coryn believes that the details matter - how we move, the quality of our mobility and the daily struggles. She has a passion for getting you back to what you love!
Physio Flows offers Physical Therapy, coaching, wellness and preventative services with a focus on improving movement and decreasing pain. As a physical therapist, a performer, and someone with hypermobility, I offer a unique perspective on how to improve doing what you love. All services are fee-based, which allows us to drill down and focus on your needs without limitations given by insurance. Your first session must be 55 minutes or more.
