Jen is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in high-performance sport, biomechanics, and therapeutic care. She offers a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, head massage, ART, and facial release therapy. Jen treats a wide range of conditions such as tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff pathologies, sciatica and piriformis syndrome, scoliosis, postural imbalances including upper and lower crossed syndromes, constipation, and chronic muscle tension related to stress or overuse. Before becoming an RMT, Jen spent over 25 years as a high-performance trampoline gymnastics coach, working with Canadian National Team and Olympic-level athletes. As a former high-performance athlete herself in hockey and gymnastics, she brings a deep understanding of movement, injury prevention, and recovery to her practice. Jen is also a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, which complements her massage therapy practice by supporting stress management, recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health. She is committed to ongoing education and providing individualized, results-driven care for every client.
