Aarushi attained her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. Aarushi strives to create genuine, caring relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of looking at someone holistically and uses a combination of education, targeted exercise and manual therapy to improve function and prevent re-injury. Aarushi is passionate about working with people with orthopedic, neurological and pelvic health conditions. She aims to work together with her clients to create personalized treatment plans that meet people’s individual goals and help them return to what is meaningful to them. Aarushi has completed continuing education courses in Pelvic Health including: Incontinence, Pelvic Pain, and Pregnancy, as well as her Level 1 AIM certification through the orthopedic division of the CPA. Having been on both sides of Physical Therapy - as a practitioner and a patient, Aarushi knows the importance of movement on one’s wellbeing and the benefits that physiotherapy can have on function. Outside of the clinic, you can find Aarushi at the gym, watching basketball, listening to music, or baking something sweet.
