Alaina has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years. She practices Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. She is also certified in prenatal, hot stone, and cupping. When not in the clinic, she is a runner and triathlete. She enjoys being outdoors and being active in the community. Alaina also has studied Art Education, and can be seen in the fabulous Fluid Movement floating productions. She believes her love of movement and outdoor fun brings a healing energy to her practice.
