Kimberly is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. She received her massage therapy training at the New York Institute of Massage, Buffalo, New York. She specializes in deep tissue and medical massage. Kimberly’s focus is on using massage as a tool to reduce pain and help with injuries, such as sciatic pain, tendonitis, shoulder injuries, repetitive injuries, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ. Her years of experience enable Kimberly to provide massage therapy that is particular to each individual by isolating the specific muscle, injury, and/or inflamed area. Over the course of her years as a massage therapist, Kimberly has studied and trained on various tools that aid in the massage process. These tools include tuning forks, Quantum touch, MFR, TP, muscle stripping, and alternating pressure.
