Beverley brings a wealth of experience to her treatments. She started her health care path as a shiatsu practitioner. She then added Manual Lymphatic Drainage as she believes the immune system is incremental in keeping us well. She also specialized in care for those who have lymph nodes removed or radiation as a prevention or care of lymphedema. Rounding out her professional skills she studied Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Shiatsu combines massage with deep stretches and acupressure to restore balance and alignment. These treatments can provide you with deep healing and relaxation. MLD is the gentlest form of massage. Therapeutically it is used to treat lymphedema, fluid retention, post surgical recovery, sinusitis and post viral recovery. It can be used as preventative medicine to clear the lymph nodes and support general health. Beverley is currently offering Registered Massage Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. She uses focused massage therapy and Shiatsu techniques to address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular issues.
