Growing up as a high level athlete I was never taught how important it is to take care of my body. Whether it is for rest and recovery purposes, maintaining strength and flexibility, to reduce stress, longevity and most important, to be able to identify a possible problem. After having the opportunity to learn so much at Alberta College of Massage Therapy and having a strong understanding of the body from my sporting career. I want to create an environment that allows me to teach you why massage is important and how it can improve your over all well-being in your day to day life.
