Molly Roach is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours from Kikkawa College in 2024 and is a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In 2021, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, further enriching her approach to health and wellness. While pursuing her massage therapy education, Molly gained invaluable hands-on experience at Downtown Toronto’s first StretchLab location, where she provided specialized assisted PNF stretching to clients. Before embarking on her journey in massage therapy, Molly earned a diploma in music industry arts and a songwriting certificate. As a singer and guitar player, she developed a keen interest in the anatomy of the TMJ (Temporomandibular joint), vocal chords and muscles involved, as well as the hands, wrists, and forearms—vital areas for musicians. This inspired her focus on treatments that promote injury prevention and restoration. Molly offers a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including joint mobilization, Swedish massage, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and Indian head massage. By integrating her diverse expertise in yoga, stretching, and massage, she provides a multi-dimensional approach to wellness and healing.
