Massage is one of the oldest forms of medical care and is one of the most commonly practiced forms of holistic medicine. I specialize in Myofascial, Swedish (relaxation), and Neuromuscular Massage. These modalities would benefit those with chronic pain, postural imbalances, headaches, stress and anxiety.
