I am a graduate of Adrian School of Massage. I am licensed in the state of Michigan and insured. Massage is one of the oldest forms of medical care and is one of the most commonly practiced forms of holistic medicine. I specialize in Myofascial, Swedish (relaxation), and Neuromuscular Massage. These modalities would benefit those with chronic pain, postural imbalances, headaches, stress and anxiety. My goal is to help restore and heal the body, so weather you need relaxation or corrective muscle manipulation, we will build a treatment plan to fit your situation.
Neuromuscular Therapy- Is a deep treatment to a specific muscle group where pain, tension and muscular dysfunction exist, that uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems. This would be a great option if you are currently working with a Physical Therapist, have old or new injuries. (This does not include a full body massage)
