Alicia Lauriault is a Registered Acupuncturist and the founder of Kawartha Holistic. Whether you’re a tradesperson pushing through back pain, someone managing years of joint or nerve pain, or navigating cycle concerns or fertility challenges, Alicia takes the time to understand the full picture of your health. Your first visit includes a thorough health history and functional assessment looking at range of motion, strength, and the underlying source of your concern. Treatments combine the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern neuro-orthopedic acupuncture techniques. Alicia holds a Diploma in Acupuncture and Moxibustion from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine and is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She has completed advanced training in Neuro-Meridian Integrative Acupuncture with Dr. Poney Chiang and is one of fewer than 50 practitioners in Canada trained in medical auriculotherapy under Dr. David Alimi — two internationally recognized leaders in acupuncture medicine. Alicia continues to pursue advanced training so she can provide thoughtful, precise care to every patient she works with.
