Since starting my Massage Therapy and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki journey, it has been my continued passion to assist clients in their personal well-being through reducing pain and stress through increasing relaxation. While over the years of reaching new levels of approaching holistic wellness, I have found a way to incorporate different modalities into massages and customize to what works best for each individual. The modalities that I provide include, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage,Reiki, Pre-Natal Massage, Cupping, Hot Stones, and Sports Massage.
Massage lotion is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
