Kristie is a Graduate of Brock University, the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, and the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She completed her thesis titled “The Effects of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Pelvic Girdle Pain in Postpartum Women” as a part of her extensive six year Osteopathy program. She has extensive training in Pregnancy and postpartum treatment and is very experienced in treating a wide array of ailments. Kristie prides herself on working with her clients to help them reach their goals. During your Massage Therapy Treatment Kristie will use a variety of Swedish massage techniques as well as advanced techniques including Muscle Energy, Joint Mobilizations, Myofascial Techniques, Trigger Points etc. Kristie is very proud to be an Uxbridge resident and looks forward to assisting clients on their road to feeling better!
