Our Exercise Specialist LMT combines bodywork, myofascial massage, active techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, and stretching to give you lasting results. Includes take-home exercises for rehabilitation, training, and performance, as needed. This is an active, goal-oriented session with a focus on pain relief and functional movement.
