Teresa is a senior intern from Life Chiropractic College West, currently completing her clinical training. She is passionate about helping people become more aware of how their life experiences — including physical, mental, and emotional stress — are interconnected, while supporting their ability to function, adapt, and move through life with greater ease. She incorporates chiropractic adjusting, myofascial work, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and other gentle, body-centered approaches to provide care that meets each person where they are. Particularly comfortable working with the ways stress and trauma can be expressed through the body, Teresa views symptoms as signals worth understanding. Her approach is rooted in listening deeply and considering what may be happening across all dimensions of a person’s life. At the heart of her work is the belief that each person is already whole. Beneath layers of stress, pain, and adaptation, there remains an inherent capacity for health, even when it becomes harder to access. Her role is to help reduce interference that may be getting in the way of the body’s natural ability to heal. Ultimately, she hopes the people she works with feel more connected to themselves and the world around them, empowered in their own well-being, and hopeful about what is possible.
