Sharleen has always had a fascination with the body and it’s complexities, it was through seeking treatment from a RMT of her own, that made her realize the positive impact that Massage Therapy can have, thus, began her journey to help facilitate the healing process of others going forward. Some of the techniques that she likes to use include but are not limited to: Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue & Swedish, Musculotendinous Attachment Release & more. Health care has always been a great passion, Sharleen strives to maintain comfort, trust, safe & patient-centered treatment and will personalize each treatment plan to the specific individual & their goals . She has experience in treating a wide array of conditions including: Headaches, Pregnancy, Soft tissue injuries, Neurological disorders & Musculoskeletal dysfunctions, Trauma survivors, Performance athletes, Corporate employees & Geriatric community, and patients with Terminal illnesses. A 2016 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Prior to her start into massage therapy, Sharleen has spent 9 years working at both Vancouver Coastal Health & Fraser Health Authority in various fields, such as, Medical Office Assistant, Emergency Admitting, Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging Support, while spending the majority of her career in Staffing Services. Fluent in English, & with a working knowledge Punjabi, French & Spanish, Sharleen enjoys experiencing new & exotic cuisines of the world. You can often find her with her hands in the dirt gardening, or enjoying the outdoors with her dog.
