Bryce Helser is a 2019 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), specializes in sports injury rehabilitation and the management of chronic conditions. Drawing from his extensive background in sports—including hockey, baseball, and powerlifting—he possesses a deep understanding of the human body’s response to various physical activities and the nuances of recovery. In his therapeutic practice, Bryce employs Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques to address scar tissue formation and muscle hypertonicity. Growing up actively engaged in sports, Bryce developed a keen awareness of how the body reacts to different forms of physical exertion. This insight allows him to tailor his therapeutic approach to each patient’s unique needs, guiding them toward effective recovery strategies. Whether addressing general delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), overuse injuries, or acute trauma, Bryce’s comprehensive understanding ensures that patients receive informed and personalized care.
