Meet Alex Dengler, Registered Kinesiologist Alex is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. He is a registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a certified CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist. With a strong foundation in movement science, Alex is committed to helping individuals improve their mobility, strength, and overall function. Alex works with a diverse range of patients, including ICBC patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and seniors focusing on balance assessments and fall prevention. He designs personalized exercise programs to enhance rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness, ensuring each patient receives the support they need to regain confidence in their movement. Outside of his practice, Alex enjoys staying active through sports, weight training, and outdoor activities. He is passionate about lifelong learning and continuously expanding his knowledge to better serve his patients.
