Grace is a Registered Massage Therapist providing thoughtful, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term musculoskeletal health and overall well-being. Her approach blends clinical assessment with intentional hands-on treatment, creating sessions that are both therapeutic and restorative. Grace has completed additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), evidence-based Deep Tissue techniques, and therapeutic stretching applications, which she integrates into treatment as clinically appropriate. She is committed to ongoing professional development to continually refine and expand her therapeutic approach. She works with individuals seeking support for muscular tension, mobility concerns, mild swelling, and overall physical balance. Her goal is to support each patient’s journey toward strength, balance, and long-term wellness. Appointments are available throughout Monday to Saturday.
