5990 16th Ave, Unit 206, Markham, ON, L3P7R2
I am a Certified Athletic Therapist who is passionate about incorporating MVMT into my daily routine and my treatment style. I am enthusiastic about helping patients understand the vital role MVMT plays in healing and overall wellness. MVMT isn’t just a method of recovery from injury – it’s a powerful tool for enhancing physical & mental health. My path in healthcare started when I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in health and rehabilitative science from Wilfrid Laurier University. After that, I obtained my Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. I have worked with a variety of varsity sports teams including University of Toronto’s rugby and wrestling teams, and Wilfrid Laurier University’s soccer, swimming, and basketball teams. My goal is to help individuals improve their quality of life by empowering them to embrace MVMT as a vital part of their healing and activities of daily living.
